All my products are sustainable produced from up-cycled and dead stock yarns and made to order to promote less waste.
At the start of each custom project together we will specify the size and design and then I will send you a quote.
Once we have decided on the design I will start to make the product. Production can take between 4 and 10 weeks depending on the size and the amount of items. A custom piece is an original art work that is perfect for your home or work place.
All the details on how to look after your purchased item will be included in your package.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your product you can return them to us within 14 days for a refund. Returned items need to be in the original packaging and condition. All products are the customers responsibility until received back to the stated address.
You will have to cover any costs associated with a return. However, if your item is faulty or there has been an error please contact me here for details.
